Cancellation Policy:

Prestigious Destination LLc requires 48 hours notice to cancel a reservation for a limousine or bus. Sedan reservations must be cancelled with at least 6 hours notice. Cancellation with less than required notice will result in loss of deposit (25%) only. Prestigious Destination reserves the right to apply any non-refundable deposit to a future reservation at its own discretion. Failure to cancel your reservation immediately constitutes acceptance of these terms and policies.

Damages Policy:

Clients will be charged a cleaning fee of $200 for any vehicle returned with its interior excessively soiled, including food, vomit, gum, smoking and spillage. Clients are responsible for all damages to the interior of the vehicle and for any damages caused by the clients to the exterior of the vehicle. The costs of the repairs will be applied to the credit card used to hold the reservation.

Liability Policy:

Prestigious Destination LLc cannot be responsible for any loss due to inconvenience, costs, indirect, consequential or contingent damages resulting from its service. Prestigious Destination cannot be responsible for losses due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, war, unpredictable vehicle defects, or acts of terrorism.

Alcohol and Drug Policy:

Prestigious Destination LLc reserves the right to discharge any passenger that interferes with the safe operation of the vehicle or engages in any disruptive or illegal conduct or activity, including but not limited to use of illegal drugs, or consumption/possession of alcohol by minors.

Smoking Policy:

All vehicles are non-smoking vehicles. Smoking is not permitted inside any vehicle. Passengers will be responsible for a cleaning fee of $100 for smoking in a vehicle.

Jurisdiction and Venue:

Clients consent to jurisdiction and venue in all actions resulting from this agreement in West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC. Client consents to pay all attorneys' fees incurred to collect payment, which fees may be up to $2500.

All deposits used to hold a reservation are non-refundable. Clients will be charged a cleaning fee of $200 for any vehicle returned with its interior excessively soiled, including vomit, gum, glitter, smoking, and spillage. Clients are responsible for all damages to the interior of the vehicle and for any damages caused by the clients to the exterior of the vehicle. The costs of the repairs will be applied to the credit card used to hold the reservation. Failure to cancel your reservation immediately constitutes acceptance of these terms and policies.
